Mr. Schmidt qualifies as an Expert Witness in the field of Responsible Alcohol Sales and Compliance by virtue of his 21 years experience as a New Jersey State Police Detective and Responsible Alcohol Compliance Supervisor at Charlotte Bobcats Arena. He is currently a successful Consultant dealing with responsible alcohol sales issues. During his career as a Detective he had over 500 successful court appearances and is highly trained in courtroom testimony. He served in the Alcoholic Beverage Control Unit as well as the Intelligence and Applicant Investigation Units. Mr. Schmidt is considered an expert in all facets of Alcoholic Beverage Law including underage drinking, intoxicated patrons, and regulatory compliance.
